Brief
Appointed PCO in late 2007 by Cosc (The Department of Justice, E&LR), with a brief to manage and coordinate their inaugural conference in WIT. The attendance would be for 200 persons within the domestic violence sector with Government, NGO and various academics attendance.

Management of the VIP's itineraries from flights to accommodation and logistics whilst in Ireland

Management of a pre event art exhibition that was outside our brief but due the clients request PLATINUM ONE took on this project and managed the event location and logistics

Management of event budget and post event reconciliation for auditing by Government officials
Result
Our client was delighted with their first conference held and are listed as a referee for any future events.
