Large Multinational Pharmaceutical Company sales division based in Barcelona, Spain.
Brief:
PLATINUM ONE were selected to organise an inbound 4 day conference for 160 leading Spanish Medical Professionals in March 2007.
Action:
The delegates arrived from different regions of Spain and were welcomed by PLATINUM ONE at Edinburgh’s world famous five star Balmoral Hotel where guests were accommodated and the conference took place. PLATINUM ONE organised gala dinners every evening in prestigious city centre venues starting with a celtic night at Prestonfield Stables where Scottish bagpipers and traditional dancers impressed the delegates with national music and dance.
Dinearounds in some of George Street’s trendy restaurants such as Tigerlily, Tempus and The Dome on the following night offered the perfect contrast to day 3 when PLATINUM ONE took the guests into the Scottish countryside to experience the magnificent scenery of Perthshire and the liquid gold of Glenturret whisky at the Famous Grouse Experience.
The Gala Dinner in the Royal Mile’s Signet Library where Heritage Portfolio’s award winning chefs exceeded all culinary expectations.
Result:
The hughly successful 4 day Conference/Incentive left the guests in awe of Scottish hospitality and impatient to come back to Scotland again!
