Brief:
The Roundtable of CEOs from Switzerland’s leading corporations meet up several times a year and on this occasion were looking for a new stimulating destination to inspire them and inject a fresh perspective to their autumn think tank.
Action:
Perched on the brink of Scotland’s most northerly coast, PLATINUM ONE selected the perfect destination in Ackergill Tower for the guests to feel invigorated. Adrenalin rush activities gave the guests a blast of endorphins on arrival and the wide open landscape and rugged coastlines carved spectacular and inspiring views from the Tower.
Bracing themselves against the headwind on their coastline hike, the guests then went speeding over the white water of the Caithness bay on an exhilerating RIB ride. Flight by private jet to Gleneagles saw the guests in time for their afternoon of Highland Games where they worked in teams to triumph over their competitor clans. With their remaining energy, the guests participated in a rugby clinic led by professional rugby trainer and former Scotland player, Scott Hastings, who took them through the basic moves and rules of this highly charged game before going head to head in a match.
Result:
Feeling super charged and energised, the gentlemen enjoyed the company of their guest speaker from the Institute of Directors who gave them insight into the current economic and political climate in Scotland and sent them homewards to Switzerland with a renewed perspective on how to sharpen their game plan to surmount current challenges facing business & industry. The guests left feeling rejuvenated and planning their next trip back to Scotland with their individual organisations.
